1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Surya Pets Funeral Services ("Surya Pets Funeral", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, helpline, pet ambulance dispatch, cremation, ground burial, cold storage freezer box, wooden casket, and Hindu pooja services across Yelahanka and greater Bengaluru, Karnataka.

By requesting emergency pet ambulance collection, booking a funeral package, or utilizing any of our services, you ("Client", "Pet Owner", or "User") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please contact our helpline at +91 9353495018 prior to confirming service dispatch.

2. Emergency 24/7 Service & Ambulance Transport Protocols

Surya Pets Funeral Services operates a 24-hour emergency response protocol for pet body collection from residential homes, veterinary clinics, animal hospitals, or public locations across Yelahanka, Jakkur, Hebbal, Sahakara Nagar, Vidyaranyapura, and all of Bengaluru.

• Dispatch & Response Times: While we endeavor to dispatch our pet ambulance vehicle immediately upon receiving your call, estimated arrival times may vary slightly based on traffic conditions, distance, weather, or unforeseen municipal road blockages.
• Authorization & Ownership: By requesting pet pickup, the client affirms that they are the legal owner of the pet, or an authorized representative of the pet owner, with full authority to direct last rites arrangements.
• Deceased Handling: Every animal is transported using sanitized, climate-controlled, dignified stretcher transport. In cases where infectious or transmissible diseases are suspected by a veterinarian, specific bio-containment handling protocols may be applied for safety.

3. Service Options, Cremation & Burial Provisions

We offer distinct service pathways to suit family preferences, spiritual customs, and financial considerations:

A. Individual Pet Cremation:

• With individual cremation, your pet is cremated individually in a dedicated chamber.
• 100% of the cremated remains (ashes) are collected, sealed, and returned exclusively to your family in a chosen wooden memorial box or urn.
• Ashes collection and return timing will be coordinated with the family (typically within 24 to 48 hours).

B. Group / Communal Pet Cremation:

• With group cremation, multiple companion animals are cremated together respectfully.
• Individual ashes cannot be separated or returned to pet owners under group cremation. Ashes are scattered respectfully in a designated green memorial garden area.

C. Ground Burial Services:

• Burial services include plot preparation, digging, placement in a solid wooden casket, and burial at our designated pet cemetery grounds in Bengaluru.
• Families may opt to attend and conduct a short memorial prayer or Hindu pooja rite at the grave site.
• Optional personalized grave markers or polished granite tombstones (e.g., photo-engraved marble headstones) are fabricated under separate order timelines.

4. Freezer Box Preservation & Storage Terms

Where families require additional time — such as awaiting out-of-town family members or finalizing decisions — we provide temperature-controlled freezer box cold storage facilities.

• Freezer box preservation is billed per day or partial day as agreed upon booking.
• Pets placed in freezer box facilities remain under full temperature monitoring until the agreed cremation or burial time.

5. Hindu Pooja Rites & Religious Ceremonies

Surya Pets Funeral Services coordinates with experienced Hindu priests to perform traditional last rites for pets upon request. We supply sacred items including fresh marigold garlands, red roses, tulsi leaves, red kumkum, turmeric (haldi), bananas, split coconut, incense sticks, and ceremonial lamps.

While we facilitate the complete setup and priest coordination, families are welcome to participate fully in chanting mantras, offering flowers, and performing final prayers.

6. Pricing, Transparency & Payment Terms

We pride ourselves on 100% price transparency with zero hidden charges:

• Quotation: Full service pricing (ambulance transport, cremation/burial fee, casket size, freezer box duration, pooja charges) is clearly quoted and explained over the phone before pickup confirmation.
• Payment: Payment is accepted via UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, or Cash. Payment must be settled prior to or upon completion of the last rites ceremony or ashes return.
• Cancellations: If a service is cancelled after our pet ambulance has been dispatched to your location, a nominal transport call-out fee may apply to cover fuel and driver operational costs.

7. Limitation of Liability

Surya Pets Funeral Services exercises the highest standard of professional care and compassion in all services rendered. However, we shall not be held liable for delays caused by extreme weather, municipal road blockades, natural disasters, or technical grid failures beyond our reasonable control.

In no event shall Surya Pets Funeral Services be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential emotional distress damages exceeding the total fee paid for the specific service rendered.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
